Due to the nature of digital products, we have a no-refund policy once a product has been purchased and delivered. However, we do understand that sometimes situations may arise where a product may not meet expectations, and we are committed to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Digital Products

All products sold on ThemeTags are digital goods, which are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once your order has been processed and the download link is provided, we consider the transaction to be final. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

Exceptions

While our policy is firm, we understand that exceptional circumstances may require special consideration. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged files: If the product file is corrupted or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or a refund.
  • Incorrect product purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to assist you with an exchange or store credit, subject to availability.
